Change is constant, and everybody in your organisation needs to be aware of the latest developments – whether their shifts have changed, you have updated the hygiene policies, or you need more employees for an extra shift.

With the communication features in tamigo, you do not need to worry about how you can keep your employees informed, as they always will have updated information at hand. Here are 4 ways you can use tamigo to keep your employees in the loop.

How to keep your employees in the loop

1. Use your company frontpage

The front page is the first thing your employees see when they log in to tamigo, so make sure to update your company or department front page with all latest information about upcoming shifts, opening hours, etc.

2. Communicate directly with employees via SMS or email

Reach your employees, even when they are not logged in to tamigo, by sending them SMS’s or emails from tamigo.

3. Make policies, guidelines, or other documents available for all employees

Upload documents, such as policies for hygiene and customer contact, to ensure that your employees always have the latest versions available.

4. Let your employees know when there are new shifts they can bid on

Do you need more employees for an extra delivery? Let your employees know that there are shifts to bid on by making the shifts available.

When you only have young people employed, it is a huge plus that communication about the rota and shift exchange takes place via text message on tamigo's user friendly app.
